Operating in 20 locations throughout Larimer County, Touchstone Health Partners serves more than 6,000 consumers each year. Established as a government agency in 1957, Touchstone became an independent, non-profit organization in 2000.
We make it our mission to transform lives through recovery, renewal and respect for the Larimer County consumers. Striving to be a community partner in mental health and addiction services, Touchstone’s mission is to provide unsurpassed behavioral health prevention, intervention and treatment.
According to the National Institute of Mental Health, one out of every four adults will have a diagnosable mental illness at some point in their lives. Mental illness is hiding in plain sight and is a challenge that Touchstone Health Partners successfully battles everyday.
