Signal Behavioral Health Network is a managed service organization formed by six
of the largest and most prominent organizations which have a history of contracting
with the State of Colorado to provide substance abuse treatment services to the
citizens of Colorado.

Services (ARTS)
Signal is a Colorado non-profit corporation dedicated to managing a network of providers
of substance abuse treatment services that is accessible to, affordable, and efficacious
for consumers of these services. Through effective management and coordination of
services, Signal aims to increase efficiencies across substance abuse service systems,
to strengthen linkages between human services systems and providers, and to more
closely tailor services to the needs and strengths of consumers.
These improvements to the substance abuse treatment system are expected to lead
to a higher overall level of functioning among consumers, and to enhance their self
-sufficiency and productivity as citizens.
